Excellent property with patio and manicured gardens. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Excellent spa accessory services.
Breakfast definitely needs improvement given the quality of the products offered by the area compared to industrial ones

Ottima risorsa,, unico neo è che si trova fuori dal contesto cittadino di Viterbo, seppur molto vicina. Buona accoglienza, comodo scaricare i bagagli, peccato che la nostra camera fosse al primo piano e senza ascensore... no comment. Camera top della struttura, con ampio salotto e bella zona notte. Bagno ampio con vasca jacuzzi notevole. Manca un po ' di manutenzione, ad esempio la luce ormai esaurita del salotto... queste cose vanno controllate prima di consegnare la camera... Colazione solo discreta. Altra pecca, la mancanza del ristorante interno (prima presente). Personale gentilissimo e premuroso.

Splendida location, personale disponibile e premuroso; la stagione non ha ovviamente permesso l'utilizzo della piscina e aree pertinenti, ma si è potuto utilizzare gratuitamente la mtb. Eleganza e cortesia in generale.
Pecca imperdonabile per il livello della struttura la connessione wi-fi mediocre e saltuaria per chi si porta appresso il pc. Nonostante il prodigarsi del personale il segnale è sempre risultato carente. Spero si possa ovviare con successo alla lacuna. Meno grave per il sottoscritto il non funzionamento del servizio SKY.

Sono stata in un soggiorno di 3 notti con mia madre Il resort è molto accogliente Dispone di camere pulite e nuove Il servizio è eccezionale Dalle ragazze della reception,al portiere notturno, alla ragazza (Roberta) delle colazioni. È il posto adatto per trascorrere giornate di riposo e relax La piscina è aperta, grande e pulita Danno in dotazione anche teli bagno e c' è il servizio pranzo bordo piscina Ottima esperienza, consiglio vivamente. Per non dimenticare ampio parcheggio gratuito E convenzione con le TERME DEI PAPI a due minuti di macchina

BE CAREFUL with this hotel, I couldn't make my trip, and instead of taking out 1 night as a no-show, they took out all the nights from my credit card (a large amount). I communicated with the hotel and explained my situation and asked for a solution that would be fair to both sides, but without any effect. So they were able to double-book the room. I think a so-called 4-star hotel should be able to find a solution that suits both. VERY DISAPPOINTING, their way of handling such an easy matter. 0 stars from me.

Da anni cliente in questa fantastica struttura in due weekend ho trovato abbandono e brutta manutenzione, zanzariere rotte porte che non chiudono, aria condizionata mal funzionante,colazione pessima( una volta servita dal portiere di notte che non sapeva come fare schiuma latte per un cappuccino perché mai fatto prima un caffè ) Senza buffet ne preavviso del disservizio, dovuto cambiare tre volte camera con bagagli e sotto il sole cocente delle 14 e interrompere nostro malgrado vacanza.Rimasta buona solo la piscina, MAI PIU, PECCATO

We chose this for a few days after Rome to relax with a pool- Very lovely location and lovely rooms pool BUT please be aware the description is quite out of date Update: -no restaurant on site - it gets locked after breakfast. I think they had one last year hence reviews but it has now closed - No bar or pool bar as described - although staff kindly brought us drinks and even offered to drive to sister hotel to bring us lunch. -no shuttle to Termi de Papi and no driver as described. You 100% MUST have a car. There are taxi’s in the area but limited with virtually no taxis after midnight and taxis cost around 20-30 euro each way. It’s very remote but wonderfully quiet (with exception of a few military helicopters as next to military base) and the pool is a very lovely facility to have. I would agree 4 star surroundings/rooms but not 4 star facilities- I would stay again but wished the description was clearer before I arrived - it was a last minute decision to hire a car and without it we would have been vey stuck and very hungry!
